Owner, Master Reiki Practitioner — Guiding subtle recalibrations with profound results

My relationship with energetic and intuitive healing began well before I learned the language to name these practices.

Reiki found me in a season of deep personal challenge, at a time when I felt untethered, depleted, and at the mercy of forces beyond control. What began as refuge soon became revelation. Through Reiki came not just relief, but respect for the body's capacity to heal and the slow, sacred work of rebuilding oneself from within.

In time, I came to recognize these therapeutic modalities as steadying undercurrents, becoming a fundamental part of my life.

As a lifelong equestrian and the daughter of a veterinarian, animals have always been my teachers. Their presence has shaped my own healing journey and expanded what I've come to think of as the soul's imprint: that essential nature that transcends species and speaks a language all its own.

I now bring together the many paths that have led here, offering this work with care and intention. As a certified Reiki Master, this practice supports, both human and animal clients, to gently align mind, body, and spirit. Services often complement traditional care, rooted in the understanding that subtle shifts can yield effective change. Horses hold a particularly cherished place within this work. 

My hope for every session is simply this: that you leave feeling more like yourself.
